Evaluating a person's mental processing style helps us identify where they excel, what they're naturally good at, and what kinds of jobs and responsibilities they'd be a good fit for based on their experience and education.

Among other things, the Talent Plus Workshop will teach you to consider whether the applicant's "thinking mode" is aligned with the requirements of the position for which the individual is applying.

The workshop will help you understand how brain preferences affect individuals and organizations. You will be able to identify each candidate's natural strengths and how to bring out the best in them.

It allows you to improve your effectiveness, collaborative skills, and overall well-being by having a better understanding of your own strengths, both individually and as a team.
