The 3G0º produces a report that includes individual competencies grouped by thinking style as well as a cluster of independent competencies. 

- Detection of blind spots and hidden strengths: by combining the assessed person's perceptions with those of the people around them in their working life, we can discover areas for improvement and opportunities for development.

- 3GO° Matrix: we deepen the analysis by grouping the competencies according to the different thinking styles and, in this way, visualize the degree of agreement between the results and the natural gifts of the person being assessed, in order to further guide and increase his or her potential.
